Streatham fans may have noticed a new face to the squad in recent games playing in the number 38 jersey. Hard working winger Gennadi Yufit has joined the team on a full time basis after spending the beginning of the season at a training facility in the Czech Republic.
The popular 24 year old originally joined Streatham in 2009/10 from the Lee Valley Lions after spending the previous year in Sweden.
Russian by birth ‘G’ is known for his versatility and played on all four lines for the Redskins last year and will no doubt feature more regularly as the season goes on.
