There will be some prime reading material available at this Sunday’s game in Brixton as the supporters club will be selling an exclusive ‘Streatham History’ booklet.
The colour booklet includes an entertaining look at the 80+ years spent at the club’s spiritual home the Streatham Ice Arena. It is unlikely you will be able to read the entire booklet at the rink however this week we have a great match night programme (priced at only £2 – pictured right) including in depth interviews not available on the internet and the usual popular features including Joe Johnston’s Captains Log.
Chelmsford’s Michael Ranby reveals why he left the Redskins at the start of last season for Essex and why he dislikes Brixton ice rink and current Streatham forward Jamie McIlroy reveals why he is enjoying his time in Brixton and what he thinks of the season so far.
We also have a behind the scenes feature on Redskins medic/equipment manager Sam Smith in which he also reveals the worst injury he has seen on the ice. All proceeds from the programme go straight into the club funds and content is provided on a voluntary basis, so please grab a copy and enjoy.
