Streatham Redskins are sad to announce the departure of defenseman Luke Reynolds from the squad. The former Bracknell, Romford, Basingstoke and Wightlink blue liner has decided to leave the Redskins and informed the club of his decision in person on Thursday.
“My wife and I have recently had a baby” explained Reynolds, who joined the Redskins from Slough.
“It is a 100 mile round trip to Brixton for me up to three times a week and with the new addition to the family it has had an impact on me. I have really enjoyed my time at Streatham and the fans and club in general have been great to me”
“It is always sad to leave team mates, particularly mid season but I think it is the sensible decision to make”
Streatham are looking to plug gaps in the roster in the coming weeks, however everyone at the club wishes Luke all the best in his future both on and off the ice.
